Thanks to MAM for providing samples for review

845296070227_G Mini Cooler and ClipJust when you think you’ve got this newborn baby routine under control, teething comes on with vengeance.  My children have always teethed early – at three months old.   Somewhere in the haze that is life with a newborn, it hits you that your normally calm & easy going baby has become cranky, stuffs their fists in their mouth or better yet comes at you like a salivating piranha.

MAM_011With my older children I was woefully unprepared when the realization hit that it was teething time!  Thankfully this time I had received several samples of the MAM teething products in advance so I was armed for battle with several teething trauma fix tools, because of course the realization that teething has begun is always late at night and you’re always too tired to run out for backup.

845296070418_N_CoolerWhen it started with my daughter, I grabbed the MAM cooler teether and chilled it quickly so she could start gnawing on it.  It was instant relief and she was a happy camper!  I absolutely LOVE how the MAM cooler has a handle that doesn’t get cold, but has the soft fluid filled area that gets quite cold.  She gripped it easily and started gnawing away happily.

All the MAM teethers are sturdy, dishwasher safe, BPA-free, lead free, and can be steam sterilized in the microwave.

I now keep at least one cooling in the fridge at all times so when I notice my daughter is going for her handsI can put the teether in her hands for her to work on instead!

I’d also highly recommend including a few of these in a shower gift for any first time mom so she has them handy when teething hits!
