Goodwill challenged bloggers to team up and scoured the racks for costumes to fit two themes: TV Show Characters and Halloween Classics. The resulting looks included “Say Yes to the Dress” shoppers, “That 70s Show” characters, witches, a grim reaper and more. It was exciting to see the end result.
