Another year – another fun night of Trick or Treating. This year the candy was exceptionally plentiful in my community. After two years of more sober candy gifting (cheaper candy, few full size bars) I take it as a sign of the economy improving. As far as I am concerned, it’s as much a leading economic indicator as the recent lack of close parking at the mall. So who says the economy sucks? Not the suckers. According to the trick or treat index, life is getting sweeter!

Note: Scroll down to the end of the post for a pic of me with really scary hair. I attended a party at AnQi Bistro Cheryl Rosenberg of MommyPants, Angry Julie Monday, Alexandra of Beverly Hills Mom and my dear pal Stacey. First time I’ve dressed up in a decade. That’s gotta be a sign of something good too!

Just how much candy did my kids get? Well here’s a few shots and a detailed analysis of the candy haul.

And now the shot of me & Cheryl – courtesy of the talented Angry Julie Monday. Enjoy!

Love your slide show! Really liked the candy haul chart! Can’t wait for my little one to be big enough to get so excited about candy! It my favorite part of Halloween was always the dump and sort after a long night of collecting! Coming to you from SITS Halloween Linky Parade!

Hilarious. I think I’m going to do my Wordless Wednesday with the AnQi pictures, because really, do you need words for the way people were dressed?
