Another year – another fun night of Trick or Treating. This year the candy was exceptionally plentiful in my community. After two years of more sober candy gifting (cheaper candy, few full size bars) I take it as a sign of the economy improving. As far as I am concerned, it’s as much a leading economic indicator as the recent lack of close parking at the mall. So who says the economy sucks? Not the suckers. According to the trick or treat index, life is getting sweeter!

I attended a party at AnQi Bistro Cheryl Rosenberg of MommyPants, Angry Julie Monday, Alexandra of Beverly Hills Mom and my dear pal Stacey. First time I’ve dressed up in a decade. That’s gotta be a sign of something good too!
