Does your neighborhood BOO?
Ours does.
Boo-ing is a fun Halloweentime tradition where neighbors and friends anonymously leave treats for one another. It’s like a less organized Secret Santa combined with a game of “Ding Dong Ditch”.

From the time you find the treats, you have two days to gift two more treats. There’s an instruction sheet and a sign that comes with each BOO package. You make two copies of the sign and instructions to include with your own care packages, and then place the sign on your door.
I’ve made it easy for you – download your Boo Directions and BooSign Printables for free!
I don’t like to get caught off guard when I BOO so this year I did some preparatory shopping at Home Goods

.
Home Goods, TJ Maxx and Marshalls are all busting out the Halloween decor and more right now. My local store has aisles and aisles costumes, pet costumes, signs, candy and treats, baking supplies and amazing candles for Halloween. It’s the perfect place to put together a memorable BOO gift!
Thanks to HomeGoods for supplying a gift card to come up with this fun project.

I love putting together gift packages at Home Goods. It’s a fun creative challenge. But with so much to choose from, I had a hard time limiting myself to just a couple ideas. I decided to do one traditional BOO package and a Zom-BOO – Zombie themed kit, with its own printable, which I’ll share separately.
For a less scary treat I did a cute, not so scary baking kit with cookie mix, sprinkles and spatula and a sweet stuffed witch doll (pictured above)
Too bad we only have to make two Boo packages. I could come up with kits all day long with the adorable stuff available at Home Goods this year!
