If only I had someone to peel my grapes and shoe me. You know, one of those butlers who has a three foot long shoe horn and helps you into your boots so you never have to bend over.
If only.
My back is stooped after a decade of bending over and helping my little princes and princesses into their shoes.
Shoes they can put on themselves? Without tears? Fashionable?

I’ve been a fan of Royal Elastics shoes for my lazy butler-less self for a long time. These new Sadro boots that I’ve had the good fortune to test out, have cinched the deal. Cinched comfortably, with elastic details. Life is too short for futzing with laces.
My sons feel similarly about their new Icon sneakers. As do I. Because no stooping is required. They can shoe themselves. Welcome to the royal family my little heirs.
No need to fetch the butler.
