It all started with a bag of Mega Marshmallows.

We needed a party treat, and we needed it fast.

What was in the house? Peanuts. Coconut. Mega Mallows. Chocolate… Ice Cream cones!

It just so happened that the oversized marshmallows fit perfectly into the ice cream cones sitting unused in our pantry.

  1. Dunk Mega Marshmallows in melted chocolate
  2. Plop chocolate coated marshmallow into cone
  3. Sprinkle with chopped peanut & coconut topping

Cool & Enjoy!

No need to worry about drippy melty ice cream cones. Chocolate face and sugar high may ensue nonetheless. Those mega marshmallows really are ridiculously big, aren’t they?

I’ve yet to buy some but I’ve been awful tempted a few times as I do love me some marshmallows. I’m totally going to have to now just so I can make these. My kids will go nuts!

I just ate a mega marshmallow for the first time yesterday. Yum! These are adorable. How do you melt chocolate, btw, you seem to do a lot of it – double boiler? or small crockpot?
