Here’s the scene:
A very tired and haggard mom, four kids in tow, checks out at Trader Joes.
The salesclerk looks over her purchases, sizes her up, and leans in for this tip:
“You see those peach push pops you’re getting for the kids? Keep a few for yourself. Dunk em in some vodka. Trust me.”
You know what? He was absolutely right.
And that’s just one more reason why I love Trader Joes.
I bought a box of these last week. The kids haven’t eaten them yet. I’m hiding them in the back of the freezer. And getting vodka.
I like vodka and TJs Dixie peach juice. This sounds divine!
