I’ve been living a double life. At home I am a devoted Keurig fan (and ambassador).
But away from home, I drink Starbucks.
There is no shortage of Keurig K-cup portion packs for me to choose from. The selection is great and not limited to coffee. Hot apple cider, cocoa, chai latte. We can have it all.
When it comes to coffee for my Keurig, I rotate between assorted brands and blends. But sometimes… sometimes I just want my Starbucks. At home.
And now, I can have it. Truly have it. I was doubtful before I tried, but I picked up some coffee on the way home from school drop off and then brewed a cup at home. While I did not perform any blidnfolded taste tests, I found them both equally enjoyable, interchangeable and recognizably “Starbucks” in flavor and consistency.
If you drink Starbucks, you know what I mean. It’s distinctive.
Also, I cannot tell you why, but nothing wakes me up like Starbucks in the morning.
After sampling the coffee I rushed out and bought a box. A BIG box. At Costco. Coffee date at my place!
Disclosure: I received a care package with a lovely starbucks mug and a couple of their new K-Cup portion packs to try. It was not a part of the Keurig Ambassador program, of which I am also a member. Man, I really do love coffee!
I just tried their Sumatra k-cup yesterday…awesomeness 🙂
I just applied for the Keurig Ambassador program, my fingers are crossed it sounds awesome!!
