I’ve found an easier way to entertain this year. CVS holiday shopping options make your holiday gifting and entertaining healthier and simpler than ever before.
Do you wish you had more time in your day? Is the thought of holiday entertaining and shopping for gifts already stressing you out a little? Or even a lot?
I’m proud to be working with CVS Pharmacy to help spread the word about #BetterHealthMadeEasy and how to #FindYourHealthy. All opinions expressed are my own, and all product claims or program details shared should be verified at CVS.com or with the appropriate manufacturers.
I love to entertain, but the exhaustion that comes with… not so much. I’ve been know to overdo it in the past with the elaborate Pinterest projects and marathon shopping sessions. But I think I’ve found a way to entertain this year, without making myself sick. And believe it or not, it all starts at CVS. Yes CVS. I’m there all the time anyways, and turns out they are there for me too.
This year I’m doing a straight gift exchange for a few friends. I’ll be serving salads, wine and cheese plates and some snacks. I won’t have to go far out of my way to pick up supplies. Just about everything in this party plan comes from the CVS less than a mile from my house. Ready? Let’s do this!

I created a these simple invites using Canva.com. You can download these designs and get them printed at any CVS photo counter. Simply grab a sharpie and fill in the details for your own party. How easy was that?
When you stop by CVS to print these, you can also pick up a few gifts for the exchange. There’s so much to choose from.
We’re sticking to gifts under $20 and here’s some of the gift items I found for friends at CVS:
- Cell Phone Accessories
- Cute Earphones/ear buds
- Make up Brushes and Kits
- Lip Balm Collections
- Bath Sponges and Bubble Bath
- Portable Batteries
- Selfie Sticks
- Netflix worthy fuzzy blankets and pillows
- Gold Emblem and Gold Emblem Abound items for a Snack Basket.
I always pick up a few extra goodies because you never know when you’ll need to have an extra gift or two on hand. The mailman, a teacher’s aide… there’s always someone you want to give a little something to, isn’t there?
One more thing to stock up on for holiday preparedness… extra wrapping supplies.
What to Serve at Your Holiday Gift Exchange:
Bejeweled Holiday Salad
All of the above health conscious recipes take advantage of healthy food items from Gold Emblem and Gold Emblem Abound available at CVS pharmacies.
For additional nibbles I’ll probably fill my cart with additional Gold Emblem and Gold Emblem abound items. Whatever doesn’t get eaten at the party will certainly get eaten by my family. We love all their healthy, preservative- free items. So many of the items are also Gluten Free.
Saving Your Sanity and Some Cash This Holiday Season is Easy With CVS:
I love shopping for all our holiday necessities at CVS because it is so convenient. We have two stores within a mile of our home, in shopping centers we visit daily.
I’m especially grateful to CVS for bringing healthy Gold Emblem and Gold Emblem Abound snacks into their stores. There is often a better selection of healthy gluten free snacks here, than the grocery stores right next door.
Our family also saves when we shop at CVS. Through the ExtraCare Rewards program, CVS Pharmacy customers can easily get what they need while saving money and earning rewards on every purchase. ExtraCare members receive exclusive benefits including earning 2% cash back in the form of Quarterly ExtraBucks, personalized savings offers, and app-only deals. Those extra bucks and coupon savings really do add up for us!
With 75% of the U.S. population living within 5 miles of a CVS Pharmacy it’s never been easier to find what you need exactly when you need it.
