Angry Birds DIY Craft Round Up

After completing all the levels of Angry Birds on my iPhone and iPad, my family has been left wanting more. Rather than waste more time flinging virtual birds, we’ve taken to crafting our own.

I’ve already shared the fabulous pom pom Angry Birds tutorialcreated by Make and Takes.

Here are a few more I’ve come across in my travels:

Obsessively Stitching has tutorials for making plush versions of the Angry birds and the pigs

The Party Animal has links and directions for multiple crafts  if you want to throw an Angry Birds birthday party, complete with party games, pinata, baked goods, goodies and tablescape ideas. There are some great free printables here.

Craftzine has directions on how to needle felt your own Angry Birds. They have also featured Lego Angry Birds and a spectacular Angry Birds Cake.

The Itsy Bitsy Spider has Amigurumi patterns for the pig and Angry Birds cardinal.

Happy crafting, partying and bird flinging to all!
