Gluten Free Trader Joes Pizza: 3 Ingredients

I’ve been loving this quick easy lunchtime pizza that I’ve crafted from Trader Joes Rice Tortillas, Pizza Sauce and Shredded Cheese. Not so much a recipe as an idea for you. Just slather on the sauce, sprinkle the cheese and nuke for a minute (or pop in the over for a slower melt). Viola! It hits the spot when pizza cravings set in. This sauce is not strictly wheat free as it is made on shared equipment. I have had no issues with it but if you have severe allergies/celiac, you may wish to use a different, certified gluten free sauce.

    Perfect pizza! My daughter, Lucretia Pruitt, sent me the link to your site when she saw the pizza. So here’s one of my lunch faves back (if you haven’t yet tried it) Open-faced sandwich: One lightly salted plain rice cake – spread with a mayo/horseradish combo – next a few slices of Bermuda onion &/or avocado, top with 2-4 deli slices of pastrami, ham or smoked turkey. Gluten free,quick, low cal, delicious. Hope you like it, too. Nice site – I’ll be back.
