Eco Dollhouse Project

I’ve been wanting to try out making this Eco Dollhouse project ever since seeing this house on display at my children’s school auction. This particular beachy driftwood tree house was built by one of the architecht dads at the school and was not being auctioned off. The auction was for a building session with the dad. It went for a pretty penny too! I had to show it, because it was so cool.

Mine however, will be cooler!

Much as I would have liked to have had help from a proper architect, I am just cocky enough to try this on my own. Crazy, I know. My mother built me dollhouses all throughout my childhood that were fantastic and whimsical and I spent many youthful years making my own castles out of cardboard and twigs and other found items, so I actually think I can “wing it”. I’ve even got a Dremel tool out there in the garage somewhere. We’re collecting the driftwood and shells this summer. I’ll let you know how it turns out!
