Classic Moccis Bring the Buzz

There’s something comforting about a slipper that hasn’t changed much in decades. I picture my parents padding around in these sort of leather soled slipper socks in the 60′s, apres ski or at “the cabin”. My two year old delights in them as well. So much so that he’s not wanting to wear any other shoes recently.

He’s worn his Moccis to the sandpit and while chasing other kids up and down the block. Indoors and out, night and day. As you can imagine, his cute little Moccis got kinda grody pretty fast.

So we washed them, dried them and started all over again. Viola! Good as new.

Only problem? Convincing him to wear regular shoes now that he has stepped out in slipper style. We could, of course, just stay home. I’ve got Mocci’s envy. Perhaps I need to get a pair myself. There are many styles to choose from, in sizes from infant to adult. These classics are handmade in Sweden, for your toe wiggling pleasure.
