I’m gonna do it! Are you ready? My first Momfluential meme. It’s a hot topic – one we all love… Shopping!
If you haven’t noticed, I’m a little into shopping. I have a whole other blog about retail therapy that is about to undergo a transformation – just waiting on some wordpress updates. I’m a little giddy about my mom friends who have been sharing their fashion hauls. It seems to be catching on but you know what would help? A Meme! Which is why I’ve created “Fashion Haul Friday” and guess what – you are invited!
“What’s Fashion Haul Friday?” you ask? It’s simple. You know how when your friends or mom or sister come over, you say, “Oh, wait, hold on a second, I gotta show you what I picked up last week at (insert store name here)”. And then you look around to make sure that your husband or significant other isn’t listening when you discuss the great deals you got and how you “only” spent $x?
Now you don’t have to wait for your friends to come over. You can share it here. I want to see what you got! My friends want to see what you got! The only thing more fun than shopping is vicarious shopping. It doesn’t have to be an expensive item, you just have to be excited about out. Sometimes lipgloss and protein bars are exciting. Something a cute tee for your kids or a colander from Home Goods are all you needed to brighten your day. Share the shopping love. Show us.. what’s in the bag?
