Talking on the cellphone, texting, eating breakfast, applying make-up, sudoku… Yes, we know how tempting it is to knee drive and multi-task, as witnessed on a recent episode of Cougartown where the main character crashes into a neighbors swimming pool. I thought I’d heard it all. I was wrong.
This woman in the Florida Keys (Cougartown is also set in the Florida Keys, coincidence?) was pulled over after crashing her car due to the driver distraction of bushwhacking bikini area shaving at the wheel. According to MyFox Orlando, Megan Mariah Barnes had her ex husband hold’er steady while she tended her garden, but she still managed to crash into someone. Megan reported that she was on her way to a date and wanted to look her best. Nice of the ex to accommodate. Too bad she didn’t bother to make the curtains match the rug do her roots while she was at it. If only she’d known she was going to have her picture taken.
I feel a whole new slew of redneck jokes coming on.
