British rag News of the World is reporting that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have finally, officially, for reals this time, called it quits. The question lingering on my lips is… “yeah, so? ” After years and years of supermarket tabloid headlines predicting the failure of this relationship, is it really a shock?
Honestly we should have seen the storm clouds gathering, what with the facial hair Brad has been sporting. Call me crazy but unless you are married to a Rabbi, the sudden appearance of a long crazy beard you can braid is a cause for concern. It’s a crisis harbinger.
Shallow me admits it: I’m going to miss the displays of uber creativity and clever naming practices that these two were so dependably dishing up for the last half a decade or so. However, I hope for the sake of their kids, that they’ll split peaceably. Cause they’re cool like that.
