It’s no secret that I am a huge fan of Madmen. What I love most about the show? The memories. Little Sally Draper would be a bit older than me, and Don is way too lust-worthy to be my daddy, but my real life daddy was a bonafide Madman, working at top Manhattan agencies in upper management during the 60s and 70s. My childhood was peppered with visits to Daddy’s office. Watching Madmen I can almost catch a whiff of that distinctive ad agency smell… cigarette smoke, lemon teak oil, rubber cement & scotch. Of course I had to Madmen Myself on AMC’s website. Thanks to Laura Mayes and the fabulous Mom 2.0 crew for bringing this clever diversion to my desktop. I can’t wait to party in Houston, Madmen Style!
