I love how Carrie from This Mama Makes Stuff calls this a twirly whrrly skirt! It seems really simple to do (although I am nowhere’s near as crafty as Carrie). The instructions are really clear and well photographed. I’m betting this is a pattern that will get used a lot if you make it. What little girl doesn’t love to twirl? We’ll just have to remind them to wear their francie pants underneath!
